Significant productive capacity and wide range of products
From 2007-2009, we implemented two projects financed by European Union Structural Funds with a total project value of EUR 6.1 million; this enabled us to further broaden our technical capabilities and increase production volumes.
Having implemented new technologies and equipment, we started producing documents which the Republic of Lithuania previously had ordered from abroad. As a result, tens of millions of litas which had previously been paid to foreign suppliers subsequently remained in the Lithuanian economy.
The products manufactured and successfully sold by us include the Lithuanian seafarer’s certificate, public servant’s certificate, Norwegian seafarer’s certificate, personal ID card, driver’s licenses, electronic tickets and other electronic documents which require the highest security standards.
As we produce modern documents with the highest security levels, we also buy equipment exclusively from well known/recognised manufacturers such as Heidelberg, Man Roland, Mühlbauer, Müller Martini, Polar etc.
The company has all the requisite equipment for pre-printing, printing and post-printing tasks. Our printing house is the leader in Lithuania according to the amount of equipment owned. We constantly invest in the modernization of our technical facilities, which enables us to ensure effective production of the highest-quality products.
We have also expanded our capacity for the production of plastic cards, and can now produce larger numbers of cards more quickly at a lower cost. Currently, Lodvila is the only printing house in Lithuania which is able to produce multi-layered plastic cards which meet the highest quality and security standards.
